Akinleye, Olumide Ayo was born on the 24th of July, 1985 and is from Akure in Ondo State of Nigeria.

He is an accomplished and visionary leader in the field of solar energy. With over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, he has become a driving force in the transition to clean and sustainable power sources.

Ayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Shevchenko, Kiev – Ukraine 2004.

Ayo is the Head of Technical(Africa)  SolarGaps Worldwide, one of the world’s largest Solar companies in the world with headquarters in Ukraine. He is also the Managing Director SolarGaps Nigeria with its headquarters in Abuja.

He is one of the most sought-after solar power experts in Europe and Africa. And has done many complex solar power projects in European countries and also solar projects in conjunction with the European Union.
